When the customer makes the purchase of any of our products, they will not have the right to claims, so we suggest that they review and ensure the purchase before making it.

In the case of products that are irrevocable non-tangible goods, we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped; it is your responsibility to understand before purchasing. We ask that you read carefully before purchasing it.

There are some products that may have a guarantee and the possibility of refund, but this will be specified when purchasing the product. In such cases the warranty will only cover factory defects and will only become effective when the product has been used correctly. The warranty does not cover breakdowns or damage caused by improper use. 

The terms of the warranty are associated with manufacturing and operating failures under normal conditions of the products and these terms will only be effective if the equipment has been used correctly. This includes:

  • According to the technical specifications indicated for each product.
  • In environmental conditions in accordance with the specifications indicated by the manufacturer.
  • In specific use for the function with which it was designed from the factory.

And only in cases of force majeure, the company will carry out an analysis of the situation and validate whether any refund applies to the customer.
