COLORS
We make an effort to match the colors of the garments on the Royal Flush Finds site as closely as possible to their actual color; however, the color of the garments on screen may be subject to variations depending on the quality of your computer monitor, video card, or the lighting of the room in which you are viewing it. Royal Flush Finds cannot guarantee that the colors on your monitor will exactly match the actual colors.
WARRANTY POLICIES
To return a product under warranty, the garment can be used and without tags. The products will have a three-month warranty from the date of purchase. The product must not be modified by the buyer or altered from its original state, and must also be in good condition and clean.
PRICES
All our products are indicated in US dollars.
RATES AND SETTLEMENT
With respect to product rates, the User will be charged the rates established in the corresponding section, as offered on the website. The Rates include value added tax (VAT) must be applied equally to Deuces and Aces, by province, according to the laws of the Government of Canada.
In addition to the purchase price, the buyer will be responsible for paying all taxes generated, including value added tax, consumption, use, privilege, ad valorem, customs and any other type of taxes, levies, tariffs or similar charges, taxes imposed or increased under any municipal, state, federal, international or any other nation’s law, rule, ordinance or regulation with respect to the goods sold to the customer or any part, component or material contained therein, including the import, processing, distribution, sale or export of raw materials, parts or manufactured goods. Likewise, the buyer will be responsible for any additional expenses that the seller may incur as a result of the obligations imposed by municipal, state, federal, international or any other nation laws that regulate labor fees and costs for the production of goods. In the event that the seller, for any reason, is forced to pay such taxes, the buyer must, upon request, immediately reimburse said amounts to the seller. The buyer will provide, upon request of the seller, any tax exemption certificate.
Additionally, to the extent required by applicable laws in each country, Users agree to send us duly completed tax forms to enable us to make all required filings with tax authorities.
CHANGE OF RATES
We may change the Fees and/or introduce new charges in addition to the Fees at our sole discretion upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to User.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may increase the Fees, immediately and with contemporaneous notice.
PAY
The price of the products will be paid in advance by credit card or other payment method accepted on the website.
PACKING
All items will be delivered in a bag or in its proper organized packaging as the case may be.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
In order to ship any product, it will be necessary to cover 100% of the amount including taxes and shipping fees.
